Parking:

We will all leave our vehicles for the weekend in the East Pasture.

There will be a balloon on the open gate and guidance on where to park.

(FYI, This schedule will be on display daily in the barn.)

Friday

4:30-5:00pm-Check-in Time

5:00pm-Farm Tour

5:45pm-6:45pm-Dinner

7:00-9:00pm with one 15 minute break. -We will beGathering in the Barn

9:00-Until? It’s time to settle in for the night, Some YOU time under a night sky

Saturday

(Coffee, Tea, Hot Cocoa, Water, snacks are available 24-7 by the pool)

8:00am- Good Morning! It’s time for Breakfast

9:00am- We will meet at the Labyrinth

10am-12pm with one 15 min break- We will be Gathering in the Barn

12:00-2:00pm- It’s time for Lunch and some YOU time.

2:00-5:00pm- We will be Gathering in the Barn

5:45-6:45pm- It’s time for Dinner!

7:00-9:00pm- We will be Gathering in the Barn

9pm- Until? Sit by the Bonfire, Maybe some Hot Tub Time, Stargazing,

OR More YOU time….you decide.

Sunday

8:00am- Good Morning! It’s time for Breakfast

9:00am-12pm with two 15 min break- Final Gathering in the Barn.

12:00pm to 1:00 pm- It’s Time for Lunch!

1pm-3pm- Final Gathering in the Barn. It’s time to say Goodbye. .
